Flour
Our site has modern roller mills as well as traditional stone mills enabling us to produce a variety of exciting flours in retail and bulk sizes to meet the requirements of customers across sectors. Our gluten free flours are all produced on dedicated and separate gluten free mills to avoid any cross-contamination from our wheat operations.
Baking Mixes & Aids
Our gluten free filling hall and tubbing room are where we make our baking mixes as well as baking aids such as baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and xanthan gum in a variety of retail and bulk formats.
Breakfast Cereal
Our modern gluten free breakfast cereal plant opened in 2018 and allows us to make a large range of delicious cereal from flakes to pops and many other shapes. Our breakfast cereal are sold in retail ready packaging, single serve sachets and bulk across retail, foodservice and manufacturing.
Snack Bars, Cookies & Crumb
The gluten free bakery makes our very popular snack bars, cookies and biscuit crumb – all produced in small batches for excellent flexibility and quality.
Pasta
Our new state of the art 4.0 dedicated gluten free pasta factory in northern Italy was commissioned in 2024. Capable of making both short and long goods, it produces a range of pasta shapes available in retail and bulk depending on needs.
